Thanatos, The Hero of this Story, in His Informal Uniform, with His Ancient Symbol of Office, the Scythe
Thanatos is a very engaging being who usually writes a polite and polished invitation to his beautiful harvest pets. In the earliest days he was forced to sculpt his invitations on rocks. Then stamp them on clay tablets. Then papyrus with a reed pen. Later, he was was able to write his missives on paper with quill pen, address the envelopes, and stamp them by hand, (Fortunately, his office is of sufficient importance that he is able to have his own stamps printed.) As you will see from the next set of images, he's always eager to update his technical processes in order to meet the rising demand for his services.
